This is a new retail showcase for unique works of contemporary art!

On view from March 29-July 27

Robin Rodgers – Tallahassee potter who specializes in raku firing,
he incorporates floral and fauna of his native Florida home

Jean Hess –from Knoxville, uses doodles from children’s old school books
as inspiration for her collages

Laquita Thompson – while working as an artist in residence in Gordo, AL
she created a wonderful series of small scale landscape prints

Dan Brawner – an instructor at Watkins College of Art & Design and illustrator
living in Nashville, Dan explored Flannery O’Connor’s A Good Man is Hard to Find,
the results are very powerful

Steve Armstrong – a Kentucky native, he constructs “automata” or
moveable sculpture, that are at once humorous and dark

SPACE 300 also includes an array of exhibition catalogues, posters and
note cards produced exclusively by the Museum.

SPACE 300 is open during regular Huntsville Museum of Art hours.
There is no admission fee for viewing or shopping in SPACE 300.
